Acceptance
English Tune-Up is provided by David Weber IT-Solutions, David Weber, Hillstr. 65, 88326 Aulendorf, Germany. By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
English Tune-Up is an educational app for practicing English, including exercises and AI-generated feedback on your writing and speaking. It is a learning aid only and is not a substitute for professional language teaching, certification, or advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the app on your own. Younger users may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Your content and AI feedback
You keep ownership of the text and audio you submit. You grant us permission to process your submissions solely to provide the requested feedback, including processing by Google Gemini or Google Vertex AI as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that contains sensitive personal data about other people. AI feedback is generated automatically and can be incomplete or incorrect, so please use your own judgement.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful, personal learning. Do not misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits or security, and no submitting harmful, abusive, or illegal content. We may limit, suspend, or block access to protect the service and other users.
Availability and changes
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will make a reasonable effort to highlight them. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damage. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or body, or mandatory statutory consumer rights, which remain unaffected.
Governing law and contact
